This package includes:
Up to 1 hour (60 minutes) session at 1 location.
Decor items include:
Lace backdrop, white blanket and white florals in a basket.
People allowed in the photo session: Mom + Child
12 images of your choice from a watermarked proof gallery.
Final images will be edited high resolution + web friendly size digital images for download without watermark.
2 week turn around of the proof gallery
10 additional days of editing once selections are made by the client
- Additional 13 images (total 25) can be purchased for $100
- $10 for each additional image after the 25th image
$150 for expedited 3 day delivery of the proof and 3 days of additional editing.
FEES & DUES:
To confirm, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due within 24 hours of our Zoom call. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before our scheduled session. All payments must be paid in full before the session via Zelle to EC&C in order to reserve your session.
Credits are available for future sessions if cancelled.
Smash the Cake Session

Cake Smash Session
Smash the cake sessions are lively and memorable photo shoots typically organized to celebrate a baby’s first birthday. During these sessions, the one-year-old is encouraged to playfully and messily smash a birthday cake, creating adorable and candid moments captured by our photographer. What a fun and unique experience for both your child and your family
When to book?
Ideally you reach out about 3-4 weeks before your event to make sure we still have availability that day.

Who brings the cake?
Please note that this package does not include the decor or a smash cake. However, we are happy to share decor recommendations and connect you with a trusted baker who creates child safe, low sugar smash cakes similar to those shown in the photos.
You are welcome to bring any decor you'd like, but simple setups with a white bed sheet, a few balloons and a cute cake- often photograph beautifully!
no studio needed
At this time, we do not have a studio :) Our cake smash sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, making the experience easy and stress free for your family. No traveling is required, and having access to your own bathtub makes cleanup afterward a breeze!
Smash the Cake Session in a Park?
You don’t have the space or do not want the mess in your home? No problem, we can meet you at a nearby park if weather allows.

Pregnancy is such a beautiful and fleeting season, and our maternity sessions are designed to celebrate the love, anticipation, and excitement surrounding your growing family. Whether this is your first baby or you are welcoming another little one, we are honored to capture these special moments for you.
Maternity sessions can take place outdoors at one of our favorite New York locations, such as Central Park, Untermyer Gardens, or Robert Moses Beach, or in the comfort of your own home for a more intimate feel. We recommend scheduling your session between 26 and 33 weeks of pregnancy, when your beautiful baby bump is most visible while you're still feeling comfortable!
Our goal is to create timeless, heartfelt images that tell your family's story and preserve this incredible chapter for years to come.
engagement sessions

2 hour Outdoor Session in any NYC area
An engagement session is the perfect opportunity for us to capture this exciting season of your lives in a relaxed and meaningful way before your wedding day. We offer engagement sessions throughout the New York area, with some of our favorite locations including Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, Untermyer Gardens, Robert Moses Beach, and many other scenic spots.
Whether you envision a romantic city backdrop, elegant gardens, or a dreamy beach setting, we will work together to choose a location that best reflects your personalities and love story. Engagement sessions are a wonderful way for us to get to know each other, help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and create beautiful images that can be used for save the dates, wedding decor, or simply to celebrate this special chapter in your lives.

Please Note: TWA Hotel & Untermeyer Park have photography rules, guidelines and fee's that you (the client) are responsible to pay and set up before the booked session. Please feel free to ask us for more information on this!

Sessions can take place outdoors at one of our favorite New York locations, such as Central Park, Untermyer Gardens, or Robert Moses Beach, or in the comfort of your own home for a more intimate and lifestyle focused experience. We encourage families to laugh, play, cuddle, and simply enjoy time together while we capture those authentic moments.

We focus on documenting both the big moments and the candid in between memories, allowing you to be fully present while we preserve your celebration.
We also love partnering with small businesses to document corporate gatherings, networking events, launch parties, and grand openings. Whether you are celebrating a new chapter for your business or hosting a special event for clients and guests, we are here to capture the energy, details, and meaningful moments that tell your brand's story.
This package includes up to 4 hours of coverage at one location, up to 35 edited high resolution digital images of your choice, and behind the scenes clips to help you relive your special day. Additional edited images are always available for purchase.

1.Inquire
Fill out our Contact Us form with your details and vision, and wait for our response so we can get the conversation started.
2.Connect
We’ll set up a Zoom call to learn more about your needs and get to know each other. (because we understand it can feel a little uncomfortable posing in front of strangers)
On this call, we’ll pencil in a date for your shoot or event and begin aligning on your vision and details.
To confirm, a 50% retainer is due within 24 hours of our Zoom call. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before your scheduled session.
3.Picture time
By now, your balance should be fully paid. This is where the magic happens. We guide you through your session so you feel comfortable, confident, and fully present while we capture your moments.
4.Delivering photos
Depending on the type of booking, you will receive your photos in a private online gallery, allowing you to relive every moment and easily view, download, and share your images with loved ones.
Online galleries are available for only 3 months.

We deliver your photos “edited”
– which is not the same as “retouched”
We deliver your photos with basic editing, which includes everything that is done to the entire photos, such as color correction, contrast, crop. We don’t deliver the photos retouched, so we don’t do correction to skin, hair, body, or background. If this is important to you, you can add retouching services to your order. You will do this after you have received your photos and see changes you would like to get done. Please reach out, if you have questions about this.

Give your photos value by making them last forever!
This is a very popular choice: A stunning photo book, beautifully designed and printed on quality matte paper. Of course you get to make changes and approve the final version.
Details: Hardcover, 10×8 inches, Mohawk superfine eggshell paper, 40-60 pages.
For $250 you get one copy. You can add more copies for $120 each.
